Services L&I HVAC provides residential HVAC diagnostic, repair, installation, and maintenance services in the Houston, Texas area. All work is performed by or under the supervision of our technician of record, Mario Guerra. Diagnostic Fees Diagnostic visits are $89.99. This fee covers a full inspection of your HVAC system to identify the issue. If you approve the recommended repair, the diagnostic fee is credited toward the total cost of that repair. Estimates & Approval All repair and installation work requires your approval before we begin. We will provide a clear, upfront price for labor before any work starts. Materials and parts are billed separately, at cost, with no markup. Payment Payment is accepted via Zelle, cash, or credit card. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, materials are due upfront and labor is due upon completion of the work. Scheduling & Cancellations We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Workmanship Warranty All labor performed by L&I HVAC is backed by our workmanship warranty for 1 year from the date of service. This warranty covers our labor and does not extend to manufacturer defects, which are covered separately under the equipment manufacturer's warranty, if applicable. Limitation of Liability L&I HVAC is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by third parties, or issues arising from equipment not installed or serviced by L&I HVAC. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. Customer Responsibilities Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the HVAC system and work area. L&I HVAC reserves the right to decline or pause work if conditions are deemed unsafe. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
